The River Dunes Master Builder Program was established to ensure that the process of building a custom home in the community would be as seamless as possible.
Builders have been invited to participate in the River Dunes Master Builder Program based on their overall knowledge and years of experience with coastal building materials and construction, familiarity with River Dunes architectural styles and guidelines, excellence in customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Derek Jordan, with Sound Living Custom Builders, has been working with River Dunes owners since 2012, building custom and model homes, with a distinctive coastal flair and an eye for detail.
Mike Maher Construction is a family owned business that has been building custom homes for people just like you for the past 35 years.
