River Dunes has received national recognition for its architecture and sustainable design. Working with the Master Builders, owners can select an architect and plan of their choosing, following our Architectural Guidelines. Homeowners have built plans by Historical Concepts, Alison Ramsey, Dietsche + Dietsche Architects, Court Atkins Group and Moser Design Group. Homes under construction range from 400 4,000+ sqft and homesites range from 1/10 of an acre to 3+ acres.
We like to describe our architecture as casually elegant, inspired by neighboring coastal towns & the rich heritage of the North Carolina Coast.
